What is a Velashape treatment?
VelaShape is a non-invasive body contouring treatment for cellulite reduction. It enables you to successfully achieve a toned, contoured and well shaped body in typically 3 treatment sessions making you look and feel more youthful. By combining infrared light, bi-polar radio frequency energy and vacuum, which cause deep heating of the fat cells, their surrounding connective tissue and the underlying dermal collagen fibers. This type of efficient heating and vacuum stimulates the growth of new and better collagen and elastin which results in localized reduction in skin laxity, body volume, and an overall improvement in skin structure and texture.
What can I expect from Velashape treatment?
During the treatment, you’ll lie on a table while a skilled technician places the handheld device against your skin. You’ll feel a gentle suctioning as the device pulls the skin’s fatty layer closer to the device, to maximize exposure to the infrared light and RF energy. You'll also feel a warm sensation as it causes deep heating of the connective tissue, which stimulates collagen. At the end of a procedure, you should feel like you’ve had a vigorous deep tissue massage. Your skin should be pink and warm to the touch
CONTOURED SLIM BODY
Most people see optimal results about six to eight weeks after they’ve completed a full treatment series, though some members say they started seeing results after their first or second treatment. VelaShape results aren’t permanent. You’ll need to maintain them with follow-up treatments at least every six months, and by exercising regularly and eating a healthy diet.
