What are Radiofrequency Facials?
Radio Frequency (RF) facial treatments work by using heat to trigger collagen and elastin production in the skin’s deeper layers. The results are instant. Your skin will look more supple and lifted. The treatment involves third generation radio frequency technology that offers a non-invasive, pain-free treatment to help firm skin and boost collagen production.
What can I expect from Radiofrequency Facials?
The radio frequency energy penetrates the skin layers to selectively heat the skin tissue where the collagen fibres are embedded. The local heating causes an immediate contraction of the collagen fibres. Fat cells drain, then shrink, while those all important fibroblast cells (part of our connective tissue), are stimulated to produce new collagen and elastic fibres. The effect is tighter, smoother, younger looking skin with a visible ‘lift’.

Normally, multiple sessions are required. Usually, 1 per week until you’ve had about 4-8 treatments in total.
